We like Jack in the box as the food is usually consistent and priced well. There is a lot of variety so there is some thing for everyone

My visit going to the drive through was unfortunate. The card machine was not working. I was asked(rudely I might add by employee) to use another type of payment besides card but I had no cash on me whatsoever. After 15 minutes of them attempting to getting the machine to work and me waiting for my card to he returned it finally worked. By that time the line behind me was long and my food was not as hot as I would like. I'd still go back because of how convenient the location is but will always cringe at the experience.

This "fast" food restaurant was very slow. Apparently some kind of equipment malfunction in the kitchen. Some other customers became impatient and I witnessed the staff becoming very hostile and spewing profanities towards the impatient customers. Our food was not cooked right and missed ingredients.
