D'Elia's Grinders has been open since 1955 and d'efined the original SoCal grinder sandwich. The light and crusty, Italian-style grinder roll - which is baked from scratch daily - is what sets them apart. There is no SUBstitute! All of D'Elia's grinders are prepared to order, as described by their menu. If you prefer any additional (or fewer) toppings, just ask the friendly staff to customize it for you...and enjoy!
