The Hungry Howie's story began in 1973 when Jim Hearn converted a 1,000 square foot hamburger shop in Taylor, Michigan into a successful carryout and delivery pizzeria. A decade later, Hungry Howie's opened their first franchise, and the chain now has 573 locations in 23 states. Awarded "Chain of the Year" by Pizza Today magazine in 2004, Hungry Howie's concentrates on serving excellent products and providing superior customer service in all of their locations.
