Chicago's most luxurious dinner cruise vessel is beautifully appointed with the finest furnishings and tastefully outfitted with the most advanced equipment available today for your event. The incredible city skyscrapers are close enough to feel and just barely out of reach. See the brilliance. Enjoy the magnificence. Be moved by the elegance. The executive chef and galley staff prepare a distinctive menu of seasonal hors d'oeuvres, appetizers, entrees and desserts fresh, on board daily, complemented perfectly by their excellent wine list. A waiter will take your individual appetizer, entree and dessert menu choices after your party is seated. You may request that your dinner be served immediately or that your meal be served at a more leisurely pace. First course options include roasted duck confit, lobster bisque and Argentinean scallops while featured main courses are beef short ribs, Tuscan chicken, North Atlantic salmon and seafood ravioli grantinee.
