I went and had the medical mile burger. It was really good, it is one of my favorite burgers. This is my favorite bar on Michigan street.

Service was awesome, Kat was great. Stopped in for burgers and everything went as it should. Relaxed atmosphere, solid pub grub, and typically great service make Birch my favorite Michigan st bar.

The wait staff is fantastic. If our waitress (I can't recall her name) was serving other customers, the bartender would stop by to see if we were all set (even if he was busy). GREAT service. I still want the pretzel buns back for the sliders. Thanks!

Fast, fast food delivery. Very attentive and courteous service. Multiple servers were always available to help. We will be back!

If you go on a Sunday, the kitchen doesn't open until 2pm but they can manage to put out gross tacos complimentary for football fans. The server that we had was indifferent and unpleasant. There was another server on who seemed to be very attentive and friendly. She even stopped by our table to pick something up which was really about half the the entire interaction that we had with our server.
