The food quality was better last time I was there as well as service. Arancini were very nice, all enjoyed those. The pasta was ok, but not outstanding. Everything was ok but service was slow and the restaurant was not that busy. If felt like the staff was just going through the paces. Maybe the arrival of spring will revamp the menu and the staff.

Excellent food and service. The only thing that could be improved is the ability to reach the restaurant during open hours; they need to answer the phone even during lunchtime. If we had not been determined to eat there, we would have gone somewhere else because no one answered the phone, although we able to leave a message and someone did finally call back. I have never had to leave a message at a restaurant during normal business hours; someone always anwers the phone if they are open.

We were a party of 10 and had a great time. The only thing that was average was the entrees. Everything else was amazing! We all felt is was a great value as well.

We dine here whenever we are in the North End of Boston. We always ask for David, our favorite waiter!

The main courses we had were on the heavy side, but the side plates, appetizers, and especially desserts were excellent. The atmosphere was cozy, and very traditionally Italian (family photos hung up alongside pictures of the Colosseum, etc.). Try the tiramisu.
