Named the area's "Best Asian Cuisine" by the NOVI NEWS, China Café offers guests a fresh, innovative taste of the Far East and Southeast Asia, served by a welcoming staff in an equally welcoming environment. What's more, Chef Chang updates and refines his menu on an ongoing basis to provide guests with a one-of-a-kind dining experience bounded by seasonal ingredients, yet boundlessly fresh and inventive. House specialties range from Thai Firecracker Shrimp, Szechuan Eggplant with Pork and Singapore Style Noodles, to Thai Basil Beef, Kung Pao Tofu, and a marvelous rendition of General Tao's Chicken. Still, in a nod to the flavors of the chef's homeland, expect an ambitious Korean menu offering signature takes on Korean Sweet & Sour Beef, Stir Fried Seafood with Vegetables, and spicy Shredded Pork with Green Peppers.
