Whether South Baltimore is your home or you are just passing through, Blue Grass Tavern is a place to feel welcome. A classic neighborhood restaurant, Blue Grass Tavern makes contemporary American foods its focus. The eclectic wine list and cocktails are complemented by a selection of some of the finest bourbons around (more than two dozen). It's an appealing combination, and one that guests can enjoy surrounded by wood accents, rich greens and floor to ceiling windows in a bi-level space. Both floors at Blue Grass feature a bar and a dining room, so pick a spot and settle in. While dinner is severed every night except Monday, lunch is available Thursday through Friday. The menu is divided into creative categories like Medium Bits and The Butcher & The Cheesemaker, so no matter if you're craving a fresh sausage sampler, rabbit and beet salad, braised Berkshire pork shoulder or pan roasted rockfish, Blue Grass will satisfy your appetite its talented kitchen. Occasional special events like wine dinners and beer tastings are also featured. NOTE: VALET PARKING AVAILABLE DURING DINNER HOURS EVERY TUESDAY - SUNDAY EVENING.
